What
Added new GMP command get_resource_names to get one or many names and IDs for items of given type.
Added new iterators with reduced number of columns for asset resources (OS, host) to be used in the new GMP command.
Why
To use in GSA for loading tag resources, where only the names and IDs are needed, in order to improve performance when loading large number of tags.
